Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Hope you could understand us.
We normally Ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Shipping Options:

*USPS Flat Rate
*Aguadilla Pick-Up Free (Only Puerto Rico): We’ll call the customer when the order is ready for pickup. Monday – Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Shipping and Delivery:

We will strive to make your order is shipped as soon as possible. Please note that orders can take up to 24 hours to be sent from our store, this due to our high demand. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

After receiving your order, normally Luxe do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. So the processing time is separate from the delivery time.

The shipping services that we use is USPS (United State Postal Service).
Once the order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
